Quick glance

Start with the essentials.

The most common questions and trust signals live up front, so the page feels like a real help entry.

01

App Store purchases

One-time purchases and in-app transactions are handled by Apple.

Refunds follow Apple's process, and restore purchases remains available in the app.

02

AI provider responsibility

When you connect a third-party AI provider, you are responsible for following that provider's terms.

The app surfaces the tooling, but the external service relationship belongs to you.

03

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is and is not financial, investment, or tax advice.

It is a bookkeeping tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

Details

Clear, readable, and grounded in the original policy.

The structure is intentionally calm: each section is short enough to scan, but precise enough to preserve the meaning of the source docs.

01

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app.

02

2. Your Content

All data you record in the app belongs to you and is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

We have no access to that data.

03

3. Pro Purchase

The app offers a one-time purchase to unlock Pro features.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

You can restore your Pro access on other devices by using the restore purchase flow.

04

4. AI Features

AI-powered receipt recognition requires you to configure your own API key from a third-party AI provider such as Claude or Zhipu AI.

You are responsible for complying with that provider's terms of service, and AI-generated results are for reference only.

05

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

It is a personal bookkeeping tool only and does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

06

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.

Users who have made a one-time purchase may continue to use Pro features for as long as the app remains available.

07

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

For material changes, we will notify you within the app.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
