Data Collection & Storage
All bookkeeping data is stored locally on your device via SwiftData.
If you subscribe to Pro and enable iCloud sync, data syncs across your devices through Apple iCloud and CloudKit.
We do not store your personal data on any server we own.

Camera & Photo Library
Receipt scanning uses your camera or photo library only when you choose to capture or select an image.
The image is used for recognition and is not kept on our servers after the temporary API request completes.

AI Recognition Services
When you use receipt scanning, the image is sent to a third-party AI service such as Google Gemini or Zhipu AI for text recognition and transaction parsing.
We only send the image data required for recognition and do not attach personal identity data.

iCloud Sync
Pro users may choose to enable iCloud sync.
Sync is powered by Apple CloudKit, and the data remains in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy protections.

Subscriptions & Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.
We do not collect or store your payment information.

The app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
